This show is part of Rocklab’s Release Package. Indeed, Rocklab offers local bands and artists the opportunity to use the Club of the Rockhal, the Rockhalcafe or the Floor as a venue for their release show.

Local alternative rock band Deep Dive Culture invite you to the release concert of their first EP « Meaningless » at the Floor of the Rockhal on 6th May 2023. They will be supported by psychedelic indie quartet Imperial Tunfisch (BE).
The 5 songs and the instrumental intro of the EP are telling the story about falling in and out of love. Inspired by the five steps of grief, every song describes the struggles that lead singer Kevin Heinen went through to overcome a non-mutual love. From upbeat rock anthems to laid back, slower songs, Deep Dive Culture give an insight into their musical diversity. Drawing inspiration from diverse music styles, the sound of DDC is a mix of melancholic tunes and heavy guitar riffs.
Mainly influenced by bands like Nothing But Thieves, Foo Fighters, Kings Of Leon or even Muse, their lyrics are dealing with subjects like depression, loneliness, heartbreak, and mental health.

Founded in 2018 around singer and songwriter Kevin Heinen, Deep Dive Culture was born from an idea with his friend and drummer Daniel Wahl. Soon after, Jean Nyssen (Bass), Naomi Garofalo (Guitar) and Paul Hoffmann (Keys) joined to complete the band.
