We will discuss how to create your brand, what channels you can use and how to plan your next promotional campaign in order to reach your potential listeners.

Teresa Annicchiarico (Marketing Coordinator at Jonk Entrepreneuren Luxembourg)

Teresa Annicchiarico is a dynamic marketing professional fuelled by a passion for social media and content creation. Armed with a Master’s in International Marketing and a Bachelor’s in English and Drama, she seamlessly bridges creativity and analysis. For three years, she’s curated strategies that set brands apart.

Currently, as the Marketing Coordinator at Jonk Entrepreneuren Luxembourg, Teresa’s mission is clear and impactful: nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit in young individuals.

Beyond her role, Teresa believes in sharing her knowledge and passion with others. Whether it’s collaborating with colleagues or discussing the latest marketing trends, she finds joy in igniting the spark of creativity in those around her.

Zach Glavan (Strange Loop Promo, Managing Partner & Head of Non-Comm/NPR Promotion)

Zach Glavan is a managing partner and head of NPR/non-commercial radio promotion at Strange Loop Promotions, where he works to craft promotional strategies for artists and labels looking to break into the USA and Canadian radio landscapes. Current artists include the likes of James Blake, Disclosure, London Grammar, The Chemical Brothers, and The Hives. Zach also co-manages Strange Loop‘s sister companies The NACC Chart (the primary chart-of-record for the College radio community) and TMI (Tour Marketing Inc).

A classically trained musician, Zach got his start in the industry playing french horn with ensembles around the world, from Spain to Hong Kong. You may know him through his former work as the Pop/Rock/Electro Project Manager for Kultur | lx, Arts Council Luxembourg, a position he held from 2019 to 2023.

Emerine Samuel  (Creative Director at FOQUS & Music Producer at Beast Records)

Emerine works closely with artists and musicians creating songs, music videos and live shows. Currently he is working on music videos and live performance concepts with local music label Beast and music platform SHAPES. So far, he feels lucky to have worked with some amazing artists such as CHAiLD, Maz, EDSUN, Serge Tonnar, Jah Arrogante, Sixo, De Läb and Turnup Tun.

Ben Della Schiava (Artist Relations & Publishing at Beast Records)

With a background in Business Management and Financial Management from Amsterdam, Ben embarked on a journey that led him to discover his true passion. While he initially delved into Accounting and Financial Management, he quickly realized that his heart lay elsewhere.

Ben’s professional voyage took him to the vibrant city of Berlin, where he gained invaluable experience in the fashion industry, contributing to a clothing brand. However, his passion for music beckoned him back to his roots in Luxembourg.

Here, he found his professional calling within the creative industry, aligning with two entities, FOQUS and Beast. These experiences have allowed him to fully delve into his passion.

Currently, he is fully immersed in the dynamic world of publishing, management, and marketing at Beast. This role enables him to channel his love for music into every project, resonating with global audiences and making each day an exciting chapter in his professional journey.

Lisa Burke (RTL Today, The Lisa Burke Show)

Lisa is a trained classical singer and pianist. She used to play violin, piano accordion and, of course, tin whistle having grown up in Ireland until the age of 10. Her father was Pipe Major of Killeshin Pipe Band.

Lisa is in high demand as a host and moderator, covering TED talks, all Luxembourg Space Agency work, finance, health, entrepreneurship, tech, science, European Institution events and many more. She is a public speaking coach, and launched the first Presenting & Debating Society at the University of Luxembourg. Additionally, Lisa is a sought-after voice-over artist.

Whilst living in Abu Dhabi for two years, Lisa wrote for The National newspaper.

Other writing includes children’s science books. Lisa has been a science consultant and author with Dorling Kindersley since 2005. She studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge University, gaining a double first. Her specialism was chemistry.

Lisa is on the Cambridge University Communications Working Group. She is also a board member for Angel Aid Cares, a Californian-based foundation raising aid for the care-givers of children with rare disease.
